Step 1: Ensure USB Is Connected

Ensure that USB/Flash device which you are using to install QB on your computer is connected and functioning properly. You can also run a scan from an antivirus to check for adware, malware, etc.

Step 2: Fix Microsoft .NET Framework

  • Go to the Control Panel and tap on the Turn Windows features on or off option.
  • Now, enter your admin username and password if required.
  • Search for MS .NET Framework 3.5.1 and make sure that you uncheck the box
